What we’re looking for:

As an Omnichannel Senior Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective media strategies that drive performance and enhance client satisfaction for a major automotive client.

You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated media campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on digital media and social platforms. You will be the bridge between the data activation team, account management, and the regional dealer network, translating data into actionable insights and compelling narratives. Your primary responsibility will be to craft and deliver impactful dealer performance decks and presentations that showcase the value of the media program and provide tailored recommendations to optimize dealer-specific performance. You will work closely with regional leadership to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and contribute to the success of the brand within your assigned region.

What you’ll do:

  • Omnichannel Planning: Develop and manage holistic omnichannel media and activation plans, spanning digital media & social channels with seamless integration across platforms.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, applying insights from KPIs and media metrics to refine strategies, elevate client results, and enhance ROI.
  • Client Engagement Support: Partner closely with Client Engagement teams to develop and present content to regional / local clients to highlight program impact to business metrics, make recommendations to improve performance. Consult with CE and clients as needed.
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze media performance data (KPIs, ROAS, ROI) from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within individual dealer trade areas.
  • Narrative Development: Craft compelling narratives and presentations that clearly communicate media performance insights to dealers and regional leadership.
  • Performance Decks & Recommendations : Develop and deliver engaging dealer performance decks that highlight key performance indicators, demonstrate the effectiveness of current media strategies, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the data activation team, account management, and regional marketing managers to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and execution.
  • Test & Learn Initiatives: Identify test & learn initiatives to optimize media performance and improve ROAS/ROI.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions to inform media strategies and recommendations.
  • Dealer Communication & Education: Serve as a key point of contact for dealers regarding media performance and strategy, and educate on best practices

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of media experience in an agency setting, supporting digital media efforts
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including programmatic, display advertising, and paid social
  • Understanding of digital media partner/DSP capabilities, including but not limited to The Trade Desk, DV360 and Meta.
  • Strong KPI Management, with ability to connect the dots between key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on ad spend (ROAS) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Proven experience in analyzing data, developing insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry, dealer programs & T1-T3 marketing is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Able to build relationships across the internal team & department, and external vendors & clients.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
