đź’ˇ Role in a nutshell:
We are looking for an Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for selected European markets. You will coordinate projects from the initial brief to the delivery of final materials, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations. Most projects will focus on adapting master assets (digital, video, print) for local markets, but you will also lead mid-sized strategic and creative projects from scratch.
🥇 What will keep you busy during the day:
Project Management & Execution:
- Receive briefs from various European markets, primarily concerning production tasks such as adapting master assets for local use or executing mid-sized strategic/creative projects.
- Participate in briefing and debriefing sessions with markets as needed.
- Collaborate with markets to define the actual scope of briefs and meet market objectives and requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates and schedules for client approval.
- Consult with markets on the availability and feasibility of using master assets in specific formats.
- Work with the internal production team (studio) to navigate the production process.
- Join weekly production status meetings with the client.
- Deliver materials to media owners or agencies as required.
Financial & Administrative Management:
- Issue invoices and manage the financial side of projects.
- Keep project folders organized and run analyses when necessary.
Client & Stakeholder Relationships:
- Act as the main point of contact for selected European markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
🔑 Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively.
- Experience working with briefs and familiarity with production for various touchpoints (video/TVC, digital, static/print).
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work in matrix structures (different countries, cultures, with English as the primary working language) – we offer weekly English classes.
- Experience in client-facing roles or working with multiple stakeholders.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Advanced Polish proficiency or native level.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup - our office is located in Warsaw.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, especially during master asset release periods.
- Positive, proactive, solution-oriented mindset (“can-do attitude”).
