We are looking for a bilingual passionate and creative Social Media Executive to join our team and manage one of our leading beauty brands. The ideal candidate will bring both creative thinking and hands-on execution, with a deep understanding of beauty audiences, platforms, and trends. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and agility to keep the brand culturally relevant and engaging across all social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Channel Management

  • Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat tailored to each platform in both Arabic and English.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually engaging, beauty-driven content.
  • Ensure brand guidelines, tone of voice, and aesthetics are consistently applied across all content.

Trendspotting & Ideation

  • Monitor social and cultural trends, identifying opportunities for the brand to engage.
  • Proactively suggest content ideas that leverage trending formats, sounds, or conversations.
  • Support campaign ideation sessions with fresh, social-first ideas that resonate with beauty audiences.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report performance across all platforms on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, on-demand)
  • Extract actionable insights and recommendations to optimize content and strategy.
  • Translate data into storytelling dashboards that highlight growth, engagement, and ROI.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor comments, messages, and interactions to foster an active beauty community.
  • Support influencer campaigns by coordinating content amplification and engagement.
  • Respond to social conversations in line with brand tone of voice.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with brand managers, creatives, and media teams to align social content with campaigns and launches.
  • Stay updated with platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features to ensure first-mover advantage.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and campaign planning with creative inputs grounded in social trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of social media experience in the beauty industry (agency or brand-side).
  • Proven knowledge of Meta (Instagram & Facebook), TikTok, and Snapchat. -Snapchat background is preferrable but not 100% needed
  • Strong creative sensibility with the ability to produce and brief social-first content.
  • Strategic and KPI-led thinking when curating monthly content calendars 
  • Agility and proactivity at identifying beauty trends and adapting them to trend-setting ideas for the brand.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in social reporting tools (e.g., Sprinklr, native analytics). – Sprinklr knowledge is a good-to-have but not 100% needed
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • A passion for beauty, creativity, and cultural trends.
