💡Your role in a nutshell
We’re looking for a hands-on, highly organized Project Manager to act as the operational right hand to the Global Brand Lead for one of VML’s most exciting global FMCG client launches.
This is a strategic, high-visibility role within a complex, multi-market environment, directly tied to a project sponsored at the highest level of the client’s organization. You will coordinate multiple interconnected workstreams – from digital and eCommerce to cross-functional brand activation – ensuring flawless delivery across 5 markets in under 12 months.
It’s a unique opportunity to help build a new global brand from scratch, working with top-tier partners, global teams, and iconic IP from a leading streaming platform.

- Contract Type: Fixed-Term / Freelance (Oct 2025 – Oct 2026)
- Location: Remote (flexible across Europe) – occasional travel for team workshops (1–2 times/year)
- Seniority: Mid-to-Senior Level

🥇 What keeps you busy during the day:
Project Leadership & Coordination
- Act as the operational right hand to the Global Brand Lead.
- Maintain master timelines, risk logs, and stakeholder trackers.
- Anticipate roadblocks, flag risks early, and keep the project on course.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Trade, Digital, IT, Legal) and external partners.
Digital & Content Delivery
- Oversee production of the brand microsite, promo landing pages, and campaign assets.
- Coordinate workflows between design, copy, legal, and IT.
- Ensure QA, SEO, localization, and smooth go-live.
Partnership Activation
- Manage timelines and asset delivery for strategic partnerships with a leading streaming platform and other partners.
- Ensure brand/IP alignment and handle creative approvals.
eCommerce & Social Assets
- Oversee eRetail content production and adaptation for multiple markets.
- Align eComm execution with Trade Marketing and regional teams.
- Manage social and digital asset trafficking across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, etc.
Cross-Functional Communication
- Operate effectively in a relationship-driven, multi-stakeholder environment – where decisions are shaped before formal meetings.
- Build strong working relationships across functions and geographies.
✅ What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in project management (brand, marketing, or digital) in a global/multi-market environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
- Experience coordinating creative, digital, and eCommerce deliverables.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate challenges, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent English (written & spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
