We are looking for a CRM Analyst (Semi Senior) with solid experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our growing team. This role involves supporting CRM strategies and executing campaigns while analyzing customer data to optimize engagement and performance.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Execute and optimize CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.  
  • Manage customer journeys, audience segmentation, and personalized communications.  
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.  
  • Support CRM data integration and ensure data consistency across platforms.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.  
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor campaign success.  
  • Assist in implementing conversational bots through Botmaker (if applicable).  

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.  
  • Knowledge of CRM strategies, audience segmentation, and data-driven marketing.  
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data visualization tools.  
  • Intermediate to advance English proficiency (spoken and written).  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Knowledge of Botmaker is a plus.
