POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Corporate Culture Intern to join us! This internship will provide hands-on experience in fostering and enhancing our corporate culture. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects that promote employee engagement, communication, and overall company culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Corporate Communications:
- Co-develop and populate the social media calendar for 2025.
- Co-develop internal content, including video creation.
- Create and write social media posts for VML Malaysia.
- Follow up with stakeholders on PR templates and ensure timely completion for the regional team.
- Follow up on TV content.
- Follow up on in-house creative work.
- Explore and propose creative ways to communicate for corporate communications.
- Assist in the planning and execution of engagement activities.
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Assist with grant applications:
- Collate participant contact details for applications.
- Support grant applications and follow-up processes.
- Assist with claims applications and follow-ups.
- Assist with upcoming training communications and tracking.
CRITERIA
- Background in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Writing, or PR.
- Highly fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in social media content creation and management.
- Ideally, personally active on social media.
- Proactive, energetic, and independent
