At VML Prague, we’re looking for a conceptually bold, globally minded Creative Copywriter - someone who doesn’t just write headlines, but builds brand platforms and integrated campaigns that resonate worldwide and earn recognition on the global awards stage. You turn insight into idea, and idea into work that inspires, influences, and challenges the status quo.
You’ll be part of an international and diverse creative team, shaping work that travels — and matters. From first spark to full toolkit, you’ll help brands find their voice and bring big ideas to life across markets.
Here you will influence major local and global brands with your work, spending your days alongside fellow doers, creators and dreamers, who have proven that they are a force to be reckoned with and are still hungry for more.
What you’ll do:
- A knack for big ideas and storytelling.
- A sharp, modern taste level
- Develop brand platforms and messaging systems that scale globally and flex locally.
- Write high-impact copy for everything from manifestos and headlines to social copy and video scripts.
- Create and deliver toolkits and creative guidelines to support regional execution.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and creative directors to bring cohesive ideas to life across touchpoints.
- Present creative work with confidence, clarity, and strategic rationale — internally and to clients.
- Mentor junior writers and contribute to a collaborative, creatively ambitious culture.
- Drive work toward global creative recognition and award submissions.
What You Bring:
- English fluency near native level
- Proven experience in copywriting within a creative agency or global studio environment.
- A portfolio showcasing exceptional conceptual thinking, campaign work, and multi-platform storytelling.
- Experience developing international toolkits and adapting creative for global audiences.
- Strong command of brand voice, tone, and messaging across formats.
- A collaborative, ego-free mindset and excellent communication skills.
- A sharp eye for creative detail and a passion for pushing ideas further.
- Award-focused ambition — with work that’s recognized or ready to be.
