Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our advertising team. The Account Executive will serve as the primary link between our clients and our creative, media, and production teams. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their marketing needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of advertising campaigns that meet objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client goals, brand voice, and marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of advertising campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, broadcast, social media, etc.).
- Work closely with creative, media buying, and production teams to ensure campaigns are on brief, on time, and on budget.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Project Coordination
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage revisions, approvals, and feedback loops between clients and internal teams.
- Strategic Support
- Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and pitches for new business opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign strategies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles, media channels, and campaign processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
