What You Will Do (End-to-End Lifecycle)
Own the product from early problem discovery through scaled adoption. You will define strategy, validate customer needs, prioritize the roadmap, lead build and launch cycles, and deliver measurable business impact across Lebanon and the wider Middle East.
Discover and Define
- Lead customer research using interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
- Size the opportunity and build the business case, including market size, unit economics, and margin sensitivity.
- Translate strategy into outcome-based goals and a twelve to eighteen month roadmap.
Design and Validate
- Turn insights into testable hypotheses and run lean experiments such as prototypes and concierge tests.
- Partner with Design to deliver an elegant, localized user experience in both Arabic and English.
Build and Deliver
- Write clear product requirement documents and user stories with acceptance criteria; manage the backlog with disciplined prioritization.
- Run agile ceremonies such as planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; remove blockers and make smart trade-offs.
- Ensure performance, security, privacy, and compliance are first-class.
Launch and Grow
- Orchestrate go-to-market with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience: positioning, pricing, packaging, and enablement.
- Set up analytics, funnels, and dashboards; define guardrails before launch.
- Run controlled experiments and growth loops; iterate to product-market fit and then to profitable scale.
Operate and Improve
- Monitor key performance indicators, service quality, and customer feedback; lead post-launch reviews and refresh the roadmap.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships; negotiate service level agreements and evaluate build, buy, and partner options.
- Align executives and stakeholders through clear narratives and evidence-based decisions.
Measures of Success
- Customer: Activation rate, net promoter score, customer satisfaction, time to first value.
- Growth: Customer acquisition payback, conversion at each stage of the funnel, organic adoption, expansion revenue.
- Product: Adoption of key features, speed of experimentation, development cycle time, defect rate after release.
- Commercial: Revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, forecast accuracy.
What You Will Bring
- Five to eight years in product management delivering both new products and scaled improvements, with clear business outcomes.
- Proven ownership of the full lifecycle from discovery to scale.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to query databases, design experiments, perform cohort analysis, and reason about pricing and packaging.
- Fluency in agile product development and modern discovery methods such as jobs-to-be-done and dual-track discovery.
- Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management across Engineering, Design, and executive teams.
- Domain advantage in one or more of the following: financial technology, marketplaces, software as a service, or consumer mobile.
- Experience localizing products for the Middle East, including right-to-left user interfaces, payment rails, and regulatory nuance.
- Exposure to data-driven products and features powered by machine learning.
- Familiarity with privacy and regulatory frameworks relevant to GCC countries.
- Ability to Travel to GCC countries
