Over the past year, we has taken another important step forward as we have brought VML UK and VML UK Enterprise Solutions closer together - operationally and culturally. As we continue to build a more connected business, we are creating broader opportunities for our people, a more consistent employee experience, and a clearer shared vision for the future.

As we reflect on this year’s Gender Pay Gap Report, we do so recognising both the progress we have made and the work still to do. We are encouraged by the increase in female representation in senior positions, including within our Exco, and remain focused on improving gender balance and progression for women at every level of our business. We know there is more to be done, particularly in closing our bonus gap, and we remain committed to taking meaningful action.

Looking ahead, our focus is on continuing to attract, develop and retain exceptional female talent. Through inclusive hiring practices, clearer career development frameworks, better use of data and technology, and the continued empowerment of our ERGs, we want to create the conditions for women to thrive, progress and build long-term careers at VML UK.
