Spot the Difference Zine is our internal zine run by and for our people, totally dedicated to celebrating our diversity across VML EMEA. Spot the Difference reflects our core mission statement and guiding principle: it is our differences, not similarities, that collectively make us stronger.

June marked Pride Month, a month dedicated to the celebration and commemoration of the LGBTQI+ community, and we created a powerful edition of Spot the Difference to mark this special month of the year.

This edition we teamed up with WPP’s employee resource group UNITE to showcase our colleagues, friends and the wider network as they share and explore their experiences, identity and visibility within the LGBTQIA+ community. Pride Month is for everyone to embrace who they are and let the world know – after all, we should celebrate the differences that unite us.

Below are a few pieces that featured in this edition.
