Human impact took center stage. In Peru, the team brought smiles and support to the Ronald McDonald House, a temporary home for families with children undergoing medical treatment. Meanwhile, in Argentina, they shared breakfasts with vulnerable people and filled the afternoon with games for the children at the Hogar María Luisa. In Brazil, inclusion resonated strongly through visits to shelters for LGBTQIAPN+ individuals, and in Chile, an entire community's safety was transformed by installing public lighting posts in the Peñoncito settlement, bringing light where it was needed most.
Solidarity also extended to our four-legged friends and the environment. In Uruguay, the team refurbished the facilities of the Animales Sin Hogar organization, while in Guatemala, donations were collected for foundations that rescue cats and dogs. Mexico also made a significant environmental contribution by cleaning up 100 kilos of waste from green areas, planting around 20 "life nests," and contributing to the care of 150 dogs in need. Meanwhile, Puerto Rico contributed to the planet's future with a visit to the Para la Naturaleza plant nursery.
Beyond physical work, Foundation Day was an opportunity to share what we do best. The Social Media team in Argentina trained young adults with Down syndrome from the ASDRA foundation on using social media for their businesses—a clear example of how knowledge can be the most powerful tool for change. Simultaneously, massive donation drives for food, clothing, and blood were organized in Colombia and Costa Rica, proving that every small gesture, when added together, creates an unstoppable wave of help.
