Specifically, VML Enterprise Solutions Poland was recognized for our innovative "Cyfrowy Most" (Digital Bridge) program in the category of "Innovation in Employer Branding." This comprehensive, long-term initiative, launched in 2018, directly addresses the critical gap between the education system and the evolving demands of the IT industry in Poland. Recognizing that schools often lack the resources and expertise to fully prepare students for the modern workplace, "Cyfrowy Most" seamlessly integrates into our overall business strategy, providing a vital pipeline of skilled talent for both our company and the broader industry.
This year marks a significant milestone: the graduation of the first VML Enterprise Solutions patronage class from Zespół Szkół łączności in Poznań, completing their entire cycle of education under our program.
