VML is proud to announce that two of our own have been named 2025 Jury Presidents, showcasing our team’s expertise and leadership on the global advertising stage. Each year, festivals like The One Show and D&AD Awards gather the most influential voices in the creative industry to serve as jurors, celebrating work that sets new standards in innovation and excellence. Being named a Jury President is not only a recognition of individual talent but also a testament to the commitment to creative integrity and vision that VML champions. This year, we’re thrilled to see Walter T. Geer III and Debbi Vandeven represent VML as they preside over two of the industry’s most prestigious awards.
The One Show 2025 full jury will be announced in December 2024 and the D&AD awarding jury members will be announced in January 2025.

Debbi has been named Jury President for the Entertainment category at the D&AD Awards 2025. Following her stellar role as Jury President for the Dan Widen Titanium Lions in 2024, Debbi’s continued influence in the creative industry is undeniable. Her passion for groundbreaking storytelling and creativity will help elevate the best in entertainment advertising this year.
Walt T. Geer III — Chief Creative Officer, Innovation, North America
Walt will lead The Fusion Pencil jury at The One Show 2025. This prestigious honor highlights Walt's exceptional dedication to creativity and innovation, as he oversees the celebration of groundbreaking work with a focus on underrepresented groups and DEI issues. His leadership continues to inspire and shape the future of advertising.
