Emiliano is the CEO of VML Argentina, a leading creative, data, and technology company. He leads a team of over 900 employees that collaborates with prominent local and global clients.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, Emiliano has held key roles at major companies including WPP, Mercado Libre (Nasdaq: MELI), and Omnicom/Rapp.

A dynamic, enthusiastic leader and team player. He graduated with a degree in computer sciences, and loves to combine business, technology and creativity in the digital transformation process.

His career started in Buenos Aires in 1999 as a Developer for Ford. Nowadays Emiliano is Responsible for Studios operations across LATAM with +900 people, including the Distributed Model with North America.

During his time here, Emiliano has held a number of roles including Marketing Director, Client Services, CRM, Technology, Data and Analytics.

Married with 3 kids, in his free time Emiliano is a brew master, football lover and Boca Juniors fan.
