HR by passion, Nathalie has always worked in organizations undergoing transformation and/or ultra-growth, which remains her preferred field. She loves nothing more than reconciling economic and human equations, where value creation is as much about performance as it is about team accomplishment.
An explorer, She evolved within the pharmaceutical industry, passing through the corporate day-care sector before joining the consulting and then the agency world. Exploring the field of possibilities in environments that challenge each time the adaptation to different codes... but where the Human always remains the same!
Appreciative of complexity, She has also taken on the role of HR consultant, specializing in the prevention of psycho-social risks, as well as talent assessment for senior executives.
An eternal student, In parallel with her professional career, Nathalie regularly returns to the school benches: after a specialized Master's degree in HR Strategy at HEC (2010), she validated a doctoral thesis project at the end of a Research Master's at IAE Paris investigating the impact of managerial culture on the digital transformation of companies in 2016, before training and obtaining Professional Coach certification at HEC in 2023.
