Our challenge was to efficiently locate and engage potential buyers who have a strong interest in visiting a luxury property. The primary focus is to generate verified leads from individuals who are highly likely to personally visit the property.

Solution

Platform Selection: Considering the availability of the audience, we selected Facebook, Google, and Affiliate platforms as our preferred channels to reach the HNi target group.

Geo-Fencing: Implemented geo-fencing technology to send targeted ads or notifications to individuals when they enter specific geographical areas, such as luxury shopping districts or financial districts.

Retargeting Campaigns: Implemented retargeting strategies across chosen platforms. This has helped showing ads to users who have previously visited to the website or engaged with content. It has helped to keeps our brand fresh in their minds and encouraged them to take a action.

Segmented Social Media Campaigns: leveraged Custom Audiences to target specific groups based on criteria such as income levels, interests, and behaviours.

Email Marketing: Created a targeted email marketing campaign specifically tailored to HNi interests and pain points. Segmentized an email list based on different criteria such as purchasing behaviour, demographics, and engagement levels for more personalized communication.
