Culture & Belonging
Connecting Cultures
At VML, we are simply better together, and it starts with our people connecting cultures and perspectives from around the world. We strive every day to build connections and a culture of respect across our agency’s 150+ offices in over 50 countries where everyone feels valued and empowered to be themselves.
At the core of VML’s cultural programming is our employee resource group (ERG) ecosystem across our global network. Our ERGs function both as a community support system, as well as forum for education and idea exchange. We help employees discover commonalities and embrace differences to foster a culture where everyone feels they belong.
All ERG membership is open to all VML employees. ERGs organize their own programming based on what is important for their communities.
